The next day I go to a different apple store with an appointment, BUT THEY WONT TELL YOU WHAT THEY HAVE AVAILABLE so they have the model I want but in standard silver, not space grey. I made the whole round trip to grab my trade in and was denied. So I come back an hour later, and they say all appointments are full and they can’t sell me anything today? Wtf. They said just come back with your trade in and it’s all good. I stopped by an apple store on my way home from work, walked in and they had the model I wanted in space grey.
